Problem
Failing cladding to both roof and wall. A complete rennovation was required to enable the new owner to utilise the unit as a car dealership.
Solution
Replacement of existing asbestos-cement roof and walls with Kingspan composite panels, including KS1000MR architectural panel and new electronic shutter doors to the front elevation.
