Rough scope of works – Strip existing walkway tiles and overlay flat roof with Protan fleece and mechanically fastened SE membrane including all necessary upstand details to parapet wall perimeter and penetrations.
Strip & Resheet – Burgess Hill, West Sussex
Approximate project value – £60,000.00
Rough scope of works – Removal of existing asbestos cement roof sheeting including disposal in accordance with HSE guidlines and NFRC technical notes and installation of new Kingspan KS1000RW composite panels including GRP rooflights providing natural daylight. Oversheeting of vertical using new spacers and single skin sheeting.
Felt Overlay – Nr Uxbridge, Middlesex
Approximate project value – £14,000.00
Rough scope of works – Removal of remaining stone chippings and redundant penetrations including covering resultant holes. Installation of new 3 layer torch-on felt sysem to flat area, vertical upstands, brickwork abutments and parapet wall details including GRP termination bar and edge trims as necessary.
