ROOFTECH has a wealth of experience in providing re-roofing and cladding solutions for many market sectors. Our customers are varied and include food manufacturers, paper industry, pharmaceutical, power generation, local authorities, hospitals and many others.

As refurbishment contractors we acknowledge the requirement for close attention to planning, programming and close liaison with our customers throughout the projects. Different market sectors have varying requirements and our expertise enables us to provide sound advice, and specifications tailored to suit our customers’ specific requirements.

Many projects undertaken by ROOFTECH are on occupied buildings and close attention is always paid to the safety of our customers’ employees and the protection of goods and equipment within the buildings. Our experience within refurbishment ensures our customers are given the best advice and solutions for contracts to be undertaken with minimal disruption to their operations; for example, we have previously carried out a replacement of a large asbestos-cement roof to a bakery whilst successfully maintaining a food hygiene environment within the building throughout the project. This was achieved by erecting internal scaffold protection with sealed fireproof monarflex dust screening and temporary lighting enabling our customer to continue with normal production levels.

ROOFTECH use quality suppliers for sheeting and cladding materials and can install single skin sheeting, insulated composite panels, low-pitch standing seam and concealed fix systems. These systems can be provided with many substrates and finishes including plain or colour coated aluminium and colour coated steel.
