Brief Project Description:
We are proud to announce the successful completion of a large roof refurbishment project in West Sussex which involved the installation of a new Oversheeting system whilst working closely with our client to maintain their full working operations.
Inclusion of new insulation shall meet Building Regulations and incorporating an improved gutter drainage layout will satisfy modern day design requirements to minimise risk of previous flooding issues.
All existing rooflights and damaged internal lining panels have been replaced to further enhance the internal working environment which has also led to discussions of further internal improvements.
A full roof mounted safe access system has been installed to allow the client to undertake regular inspections and gutter cleaning as part of their planned maintenance schedule ensuring the new roofs performance and longevity.
