Brief Project Description: The existing profiled steel roof sheeting is suffering from delamination of the protective plastisol coating, deterioration of fixings and rust corrosion to end lap details. RoofTech have been awarded the contract to over-sheet the complete area with new colour coated steel sheeting including quilt insulation to meet current Building Regulations.
Other works include gutter lining systems, flat roof coating and re-painting of vertical cladding.
