Brief Project Description: Whilst the client’s property was newly vacant they saw the opportunity to refurbish the existing asbestos-cement roof and wall sheeting using new insulated Kingspan composite panels to improve the buildings thermal and fire performance, dramatically improving its external/internal appearance and overall appeal for re-letting. Hazardous asbestos materials will be fully removed allowing the new tenant to relax in the knowledge that any future issues will be avoided.
Previous drainage issues will be resolved by a re-design layout involving relocating the guttering to the outside of the building.
