Brief Project Description: This will be the second phase of roof oversheeting for our client as they were extremely pleased with the first phase completed in 2017. Our works will include the encapsulation of the existing fragile asbestos-cement roof sheeting to resolve historic issues of water ingress whilst taking the opportunity to upgrade the thermal performance of the building. Parapet brickwork walls shall be weathered using galvanised steel supports, profile coated steel sheeting with flashings to match the roof oversheeting, providing a lengthy product and workmanship warranty for the clients future reassurance.
