RoofTech have successfully completed a roof refurbishment project for a motor company in Reigate, Surrey.
The project involved the removal and safe disposal of the existing coverings including double skin cement bonded asbestos sheets, strapping of new galvanised steel supports to the existing concrete purlins providing a suitable fixing point for the proposed new coverings, installation of new steel composite sheeting to meet current building regulations incorporating glassfibre reinforced polyester (GRP) factory assembled rooflights providing natural daylight and gutters hung from the new sheeting.
The project was completed on time and in budget with minimum disruption to the daily operations of the site.
